Niayesh Project (Saba 13)
The Niayesh Project (Saba 13) is a high-rise residential development along Niayesh Expressway in Tehran. Under a contract with Saba Naft Engineering Company, the works included foundation construction, erection of the bolted steel structure, concrete floor systems and fireproofing.
With approximately 90,000 square metres of built area, the bolted steel structure, steel-deck floors and fireproofing works were carried out by Asmane Construction Industry in collaboration with Asmane Steel Structures.
Kish Residential Complex
The Kish Residential Complex, with approximately 30,000 square metres of built area, was delivered for Ravan Construction and Urban Development Company, with Naghsh Andisheh Pars serving as consultant.
Asmane Construction Industry was responsible for the execution of the bolted steel structure and steel-deck floor system. The use of bolted connections and steel-deck slabs supported precise erection, stronger quality control and efficient structural works.

پروژه نیایش (صبا 13)
پروژه نیایش یک از پروژه های بلند مرتبه مسکونی در اتوبان نیایش بوده که عملیات اجرای فونداسیون، اسکلت فلزی پیچ و مهره ای، سقف های بتنی و عایق ضدحریق آن در قالب قراداد با شرکت مهندسی صبا نفت انجام پذیرفته است متراژ زیر بنا حدود 90 هزار متر مربع و اسکلت فلزی پیچ و مهره ای و سقف های عرشه فولاذی و همچنین غایق فایر پروف آن توسط شرکت صنعت ساختمان آسمانه با همکاری کارخانه ساخت اسکلت فلزی ( سازه های غلزی آسمانه ) انچام پذیرفته است .
مجتمع مسکونی کیش
پروژه مجتمع مسکونی کیش با زیربنایی در حدود ۳۰ هزار مترمربع، به کارفرمایی شرکت ساختمانی و شهرسازی روان و با مشاوره شرکت نقش اندیشه پارس اجرا شده است.
صنعت ساختمان آسمانه بهعنوان پیمانکار پروژه، اجرای سازه فلزی پیچومهرهای و سقفهای عرشه فولادی را بر عهده داشته است. استفاده از اتصالات پیچومهرهای و سیستم سقف عرشه فولادی، امکان اجرای دقیقتر، کنترل بهتر کیفیت و سرعت مناسب عملیات سازهای را فراهم کرده است.
